just its location
the small hall we had to walk thru smelled AWFUL!!!! The rooms carpet had a very musty order and consequently I had a bad asthma attack. I will not stay at this hotel again evn though its location was convenient.

The price was low.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was impossible to get the room to be a comfdortable temperature. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I had to wait 3 minutes for a staff member to come to the front desk.

I can always count on my room to be clean, the staff helpful and pleasant, and the price was perfect for my budget.

I can always count on it to be clean, warm/cool depending on the time of my visit, and the staff helpful. It is convenient for all my needs when I travel to the Endicott region.

the check in took forever, even when I gave a copy of the reservation they did not think we were registered there. The room was very dirty, the remote for tv did not work, there was no clock, no hair dryer, there were bugs, everything was dingy and nasty.

Bath water hot; tv worked; lobby coffee ready in the morning. I've paid more and received less at other hotels.

Proximity to where I needed to be, cheap.
When I bought three drinks from the Pepsi machine, they were dated June 2012. It is March 2013. Bad news. Also what is supposed to be a cafe upstairs had a mattress in it, and didnt look opened in a few years.

Served our purposes. A comfortable room for spending a short night at a great price.
The shower totally sucked. Hot water was fine- water pressure was not. Shower mechanism needs attention. Thermostat in bathroom was broken but heat from room kept it warm enough.

The only good part was that after I saw my room they gave me my money without any hassle.
I rooms are gross. I didn't want to touch anything.

Not much to like at this place.
The facility is old and in disrepair. Smoke detector was hanging by a wire from the ceiling in our room and there was a beeping in the hall that sounded like a smoke detector with a dying battery. The entry doors closed very loudly and disrupted us all night making it difficult to sleep. The faucet handles in the tub felt like they were not connected to the wall and adjusting water flow was extremely difficult. There was no remote for the TV and and it would not even turn on by pressing the power switch. Although there was a wifi router hanging from an outlet in the hall outside our room, no wifi connection was available. Not much to like about this place. We left after the first night of a planned two night stay and would probably sleep in the car over staying there again. Avoid this one.
